How in the **** did he earn a title shot? I havent heard him since he got beat down by Jermain Taylor - and that was when Taylor was a prospect. I remember thinking how undersized Raul looked at middleweight.
I checked boxrec and his best win since then is over Sergio Rios....who has been beaten down in a round or two by every single elite fighter he has ever faced. -
