    The FAREWELL Evander Holyfield Thread

On Saturday, we are gonna see the last of the legend Evander Holyfield. I don't know who are more dellusional, Holyfield or his fans. Holyfield has no chance and he is gonna get KO'd by the younger, stronger, faster more powerful Sultan Ibragimov. Morons are trying to say that holyfield is back because he won a UD over a 41 year washed up Bum Lou Savarese, well that's not good enough. Holyfield gave us some great memories over the years and I have mad respect for him, but he clearly has more balls than brains and he is gonna pay for it on Saturday Night in Russia.

    Ibragimov KO 6

Hard to see Evander winning and I hate seeing great fighters fighting past there time , a prime Evander would win this easy , but hey I hope Holy can do good and wish him all the best of luck , it would be a fairytale ending if Holy won it and retired .

People seem to forget that Sultan is a Big Puncher. He has 18 KO's in 21 wins. He hurt Briggs bad and would have KO'd him in the 9th or 10th, but he played it smart and didn't fall into Briggs trap, the right hand counter.

Holyfield was KO'd by the light punching James Toney, so the faster, harder punching Ibragimov shouldn't have too much problem KO/TKOing Holyfield.

youre going to be badly disappointed. I'd love for holy to shock the world as well,,but Im realistic. sultan is just too quick and active for holyfield at this stage of his career. the only chance holy has, is if sultan comes in fat and out of shape ala ray austin at 230+,,,,,but thats highly unlikely. I just hope holy doesnt take a long beating. I still cringe when I think of the toney and donald fights. sultan is a much better puncher then both of those guys

Sad thing is this, win lose or draw, Holyfield will probably fight again. That's what he wants to do. Dude was made to fight.
