Is Pacquiao really ready for the big guys at 135?

Julio's slow. He pulls back straight and doesn't exchange in bursts which is the only way to beat Pac. Julio would get an eventual beat down. He has size on him but his skill level is nowhere the level it needs to be to beat Pac.Comment

After Diaz vs Diaz I will have a better idea of who Pac can beat at 135.
Julio is a good boxer, and he fought on even terms with Castillo. That's a big deal. But Pac's pure speed could overcome that. However, Diaz is significantly bigger than Pacquiao. He has 3 inches in reach over Pacquiao and 2 1/2 inches in height. This is no small difference in the 135 pound weight-class.
Juan Diaz (who I expect to find a way to beat Julio in a good fight) has the same reach and height as Pacquiao but he's just plain bigger. Sure, fat ways less than muscle and Diaz is fatty whereas Pac is pure muscle...but stand these men next to each other and tell me which man is going to push the other around. This fight is hard to call because no one knows how Diaz will deal with a man that can hit him fast and consistently...and no one knows how Pac will deal with someone who never gets tired and throws combos all night.Comment
