    HBO.com CRACKS me UP!!!! lol

From their websites front boxing page...

"In a two-sided, action-packed event, Manny Pacquiao defeated Marco Antonio Barrera in a twelve round battle.

Unable to match Pacquiao's speed and energy, Barerra nevertheless managed to hold his own, setting up a solid jab and engaging Pacquiao in a series of epic exchanges..."

There were some good rounds, especially in the first half of the fight.

What was Larry Merchant saying during the commentary as the rounds progressed. You know if it's a borring fight he will tell it like it is first.

I totally agree with this. Fair statement, and I had the fight a lot closer than those two bogus judges.

          Fans of both fighters btw.

So did I. I found the judges scoring of 10-2 in favour of Pacquiao insulting.

Yeah, thats exactly what I said last night! An insult to the gameplan Barrera had.

It's a shame, it was definitly closer, so far as you could make a case for a draw and I wouldn't think you'd be crazy

Pacquiao unable to engage Barrera in the way he wanted. Barrera circling to the left, neutralising Manny and working off that jab. I thought he was fighting an excellent plan, and it's a shame he didn't get more credit for it.

I don't know what HBO said, but maybe they're subconsiously influencing peoples' opinions.

If Floyd Mayweather employs Barrera's gameplan in his next fight I will guarantee that the judges give him more than two rounds.
