I'll be the first to admit Barrera is a dirty fighter. He gets desperate when he starts to lose, and he tries to hit after the break.

I'm only upset about people calling him a *****. That seriously gets my blood going when people discredit pro fighters like that. They are getting punched in the face afterall. People who havent been in the ring dont realize that...uh..ya know a punch hurts.

I thought Chavez quit on his stool against Oscar, and went off on Merchant when he asked him about it?

Chavez had nothing left, He took like 3 flush Left hooks from delahoya who was in his prime at Welter. Chavez fought his heart out and got a couple of his ribs broken. Most great You know what Chavez,Duran,Lamotta all have in common? they are considered probably the 3 toughest fighters ever. Yet they all quit at one time or another. Reason Chavez got mad is because the translater asked him if he "Rayo" of the fight. Which in spanish pretty much translates to Did you "*****" out of the fight. He had a reason to be mad.
