Sad thing is this. I think MAB could have won this fight realistically. Pacman wasnt his usual self for some reason. Both were just gunshy. Why announce your retirement and go out with a dud? Why not go out with a ****? I'd have just that much more respect for him if he gave it his all and got stopped. He should have let his hands go more.

Yes, i saw everything Barrera did. Very good stuff designed to keep Pac from engaging.

That said, fighters use those techniques to gain the advantage and counter punch from.

Barrera had no intention of doin that.

Like i said, he used 15 years of experience to survive and limit the fight as much as he could.

How does that equate to trying to win?

Was there any point where Barrera went after Pac? If there was i missed it.

you don't seal a HOF career like that.

Yup Pac was fopr the taking if he had put together combinations behind that left ja it woud have been a win. Pacquiao never looked confident and was tired as ****. He was breathing exceptionally hard in the corner.

Yeah, I think it was after the 2nd round I noticed Pac breathing really heavy. Like he was out of breath already. Either way I guess it did not matter if he was winded or not. Oh well. I was going for MAB on this one, not enough that I would have bet on it though. I'm not a huge MAB fan, but I like boxing and think its nice for a fighter to retire off a big win. But it seems MAB just wanted one last paycheck to add to his retirement and didnt care about winning. In saying that, I'm not sad of the outcome.
