Can somebody tell me this...I've been watching boxing for 20 years and I do not understand how somebody knocked down 3 times can win a fight without a knockout. My question...How many punches equal a knockout. I do not think Peter won and this is another Don King ruining of boxing. No need to respond...how many think Peter won?

You get deducted a point for the first two times you're knocked down in a given round. There are 120 points to be had in a fight, so there's lots of ways to KD someone at least three times and still lose.
