I don't think I have seen the board this slow before, I just came from work a little while ago so I decided to watch the fights and than hit the sac, I guess most decided to go out...

Because Boxers are not robots or dogs. They are human beings like you and I. Just as we are interested in the personalities of friends, coworkers and those around us, it is nice to know some background about the fighters we drool over.

We're not talking throwing chickens into a pit and letting them kill each other...these are people.

Must be the passion in me but I can never go out anywhere when a fight I want to see is on. I've turned down sex for a big fight before and I'm not ashamed to admit it, lol.

          1. I don't need to know someone "personally" to make a judgment. If that were true I would have to refrain from judgment about all my favorite writers too.

          2. Boxing is a human enterprise. It's something men (and sometimes women) do. The man goes in the ring and fights.

Well know one thing, you aren't alone when it comes to that. When I was watching the world awaits my ex took the oppurtunity to try and distract me by wearing.............well wearing nothing. Needless to say I didn't take my eyes off the tv.

My mistake I meant I kept my eyes ON the tv, just thinking about it gets me distracted. LOL, tell your girl there are 6 days of the week she can do that but on satrday keep her mouth on some food or something.

Funny ****, she's finally learned how serious I take boxing though. I'm watching the stream now and she's just sitting there reading and keeping quiet. Although she did ask me what a southpaw was earlier, lol.

Is it just me or is Manny really humble and listless tonight?
