It was found out that he still had HIV and lied about it being gone. He had an MMA fight as well while still haaving the disease, which is pretty illegal.

Just when you thought it was ovah, the saga continues. Morrison is scheduled, according to boxrec, to fight in Oct against an undetermined opponent:

IDK what to think about this. My gut tells me that the guy is HIV + but it's at such a low level it might be undetectable in tests.

ALLBOXING247 interviewed "the Duke" earlier this month and Morrison's is tentatively scheduled to fight in Seattle Washington in November. This controversial story just will not go away or resolve itself one way or the other. I'm skeptical that the fight will even happen, in fact I don't think he'll get licensed again. There's just too much shadyness in his boxing matters right now...
