I had the benefit of being ring side for this fight. And we thought he had killed Soliman. This right sounded ferocious. What a right hand, have you seen a better one?

He finishes him quite well. knocks him down five or so times. Its worth pointing out that Winky lost to Soliman by 2 rounds on the judges scorecards. I may be bias, but Mundine absolutely destroyed him.

Please tell me what you think of these videos. I would also like to ask a question. First take this into account, anyone who brings up the KO loss to Ottke, watch the 8th round where Mundine is one punch away from winning the title in just his 8th pro fight.

Question : How far can Mundine go? He is improving fight by fight. Can he beat Kess or Joe C? I still think he will reach his peach in 18 months.

assumption: His eye continues to improve which has been said by his management. And he continues to fight again, with his next fight being Kessler in march in Copenhagen

As the krauts say, Mundine ist gay-reich!!!

Sure he has talent, but he is not making himself attractive by fighting fighters most known to Australians. - IN Australia.
To the outside world, he the guy who came, fought and lost against Ottke, got a vacant title and lost it, got a visit from Kessler and lost a clear decision in his own backyard.

Pavlik and JC/MK will be getting offers Mundine can’t match. Besides, if the winner of JC/MK doesn’t make use of the hype they get from this fight, and make themselves familiar to the American boxing audience, it would be a huge failure – Calzaghe for one, has admitted it was a mistake not to follow up on his success after Lacy.
Once a smw champ is a household name in US and on major networks, people will start to pay more attention to the guys ranked below (especially if they don’t like him), and the champ can, and is demanded to, fight the guys right below him.. That’s my take on the future, but both Calzaghe and Kessler need to do more before that happens.

Mundine needs some world recognition if he wants the fight right now. The same goes for Froch, Inkin and so on.
