    the rematch

as barrera vs pacquiao is slated to happen this saturday, it got me thinking about the "the rematch". i for one as a boxing fan believe that the rematch is great for boxing,it gives certain fighters a chance at redepmtion and maybe to the other an economic upper hand and another fight to prove their dominance, but for other boxing fans there has been this thought "there is no need for a rematch". i disagree. i believe that boxing history would be different if not for the rematch.where would we be if schmeling thought "i already beat him i should be the champion of the world" and not fought louis? what if duran thought"i'm not gonna give this kid a rematch i beat him already" would leonard be as good as he was?what i'm trying to say is, as a fan of boxing the rematch gives us fans of fighters hope after are heroes reached the top of the mountain, only to fall, a chance at redeeming themselves in there eyes and for the glory. i'm calling for margarito vs williams 2 margarito vs cintron 2 hopkins vs jones 2 de la hoya vs trinidad 2 and just maybe wright vs trinidad 2 and hopkins vs trinidad 2.even if the outcome is the same it gives us fans as chance at that what if we could never imagine.not asking for b-hop u.d vs god so keep your predictions.

    It's a shame there aren't more re-matches.
    I agree.
History has proved that just because a fighter loses 1 time it doesn't mean they would lose everytime.
Lennox should have re-matched Vitali really thats one as fans we missed out on.
What would have been the best re-matches you can think of?

i love tito but if the killer robot threw more punches he'd have a shot at all three i mentioned.i think margo vs p dub would be in margo's fave if he fought the first couple of rounds fact is p dub was lacing him.i hopkins would have a 75% chance at beating the 25% percent is there for roy because roy was well.....roy.who knows i think if everybody has there head on straight no bull**** controversies and they just fight everybody can beat everybody.i just want to see them try as a fan.
