He got fat...and took a McDonalds hostage,he's been holed up in there for two years.
The cops figure he will come out once the food is gone...if he can get thru the door.

Seriously he twisted his knee really bad in a fight March 2006 against Javier Mora.. He was originaly Given a Loss.. But he protested and it was ruled a No Contest...

He is since in Limbo due to recovering and a contract dispute with Dino Duva..

he was like a Lamon Brewster but I don't know why he came in 20+lbs then he usually is for Vitali fight. Did he think he could have a better chance if he gained weight or something? The Ruiz fight I don't think it should've been called a DQ but still Kirk had that fight won if he wasn't ******ed.
