How is Winky Wright under rated? The guy has been in heaps of big fights in the last two years and been in the P4P list since beating Mosley.

He's yet to prove himself on the world stage. He's lost his biggest fights in Kessler & siaca and struggled to beat a journeyman in his last fight. In saying that he's rated #3 on Boxrec. So I think he's rated pretty well considering.
