Nah its something we used to say in Brooklyn, I'm hispanic. We used to say it to piss people off big time. Especially when they were from hard working families that had too much pride to except handouts from the gov't. I understand there are circumstances where its needed and I praise the people that use it as a stepping stone. But do you know how many people just had kids back in the day just to keep their welfare benefits so that their lazy asses could stay home?
