Picture the Pavlik/Taylor fight but with Taylor being just as tall as Kelly if not more. Different fight. Pavlik gets stopped and I'd bet the farm on that.

Ask Ice, who knows Chad personally, what his thoughts on the fight would be. Cold and Clinical!

    Dawson over Pavlik!!!
well, lets let Dawson win a serious fight before we proclaim him Undisputed champ. He hasn't proven ****!

Yeah, well Emanuel Steward knows Taylor and we know what his thoughts were, too. Those thoughts have since changed.

Don't get me wrong. Pavlik put on a helluva performance yesterday and showed he's best at middleweight.

But Pavlik is a 1-2 fighter. Chad is tall enough AND athletic enough to come right over the top of that right hand and it's going to slice Kelly's face up all night. Bad Chad could coast to a victory just by counter-punching.

It would be a great style match-up. Puncher v Boxer. But Chad is the absolute truth. He has too many weapons.

Pavlik would brutally KO Dawson, Dawson has a suspect chin, Dawson has been knocked down several times and he was also nearly KO'd by Tomasz Adamek, who is nowhere near the puncher Pavlik is.

i have seen chads last 6 fights and i am very impressed with him, imo dawson would out box him and win most of the rounds to take a ud but pavlik does have the power to hurt dawson, i think for now pavlik should stay at middle and dawson should stay at light heavy.
