Remember the Floyd vs Gatti fight. Merchant loved him off in that fight. He had some of the best lines too about Mayweather being in the ring is like a fish in the water and sometimes that fish is a shark. That was a brutal line too.

He has some great memorable line. Especially the Krunk line pesti, however he wants a brawl WAY to much and when you are discrediting a fight DURING the fight it gets into the mind of the viewers and they end up agreeing with him and calling fights lame.

That's exactly it, the line itself was kind of disturbing to be honest with you, but in the midst of the commentary and hearing Lennox and Lampley have to soak it in made it one of those hilarious WTF kind of moments that you gotta love Larry for.
