Most boxing experts were picking Taylor easy over 12 or via tko, which makes me wonder where their expertise lies. Siding with the known-name fighter. That's like a casual boxing fan. So boxing experts when it comes down to picking fights, the majority of them will pick fights the same way casual fans pick fight, and that's to go along with the name they know better.

Boxing experts?
Lol, rediculous, what do they know that a normal boxing fan does not?
And it's not that hard to add 2 + 2.
Use your brain and don't let yourself ****** into hype. -

I am talking about in general, but even here I think the majority of staff at BS picked Taylor and if that's the case they haven't done their homework. If you're betting on a fight using "THE EXPERTS's PICKS" you can't even break even in the long-run. That's how bad they are.Comment

Most probably because they thought Taylor would just box, stick n move stick n move the whole fight but he came out swinging the widest slugging haymakers ive seen him throw from round one, trying to stay toe to toe. It was good to watch but it cost him.Comment

Nobody was saying Taylor easy. You are bit mistaken on this one. I would say that more writers were picking Taylor than Pavlik but most did with the caveat that both fighters could hit the deck in the fight. Much like the recent Margarito fight, the smart money came in on Taylor but the smart late money isn't always rightComment
