I have never seen a more COURAGEOUS TOUGH GUY victory in my life, KELLY PAVLIK is the new middleweight champion of the world and he is the new leading LEGITIMATE poster boy for HBO. Kelly Pavlik will save boxing because he is a White American Undisputed Middleweight Champion that has the BIGGEST HEART in boxing and is willing to go to WAR and go toe to toe with anybody. Pavlik is the best KO artist in boxing alongside WLAD. I give MAD PROPS to Jermaine Taylor for living up to his word and going toe to toe with Pavlik, Taylor has big time heart, Floyd Mayweather would never dare go toe to toe like Taylor did tonight, people shouldn't hate on Taylor because he is a great fighter that just got KO'd by the GREATER fighter tonight.

Before this fight I made it clear that WLAD is my favourite fighter and Kelly Pavlik is my 2nd favourite fighter. It's good to see Kelly finally get his recognition, guys like me and kball15 have been preaching the Pavlik scripture for some time now. I knew when I saw the kid back in '05 that he had what it took to be the Champion, and I also knew that Jermain Taylor lost his heart along the way.

I will give Taylor his credit, he showed a tremendous amount of improvement in mixing it up with Pavlik. He threw his jab a lot, went to the body more often, and had cleaner, smoother punches overall. I was surprised to see that Taylor had the power to drop Pavlik, and I'll openly admit, I was slightly worried due to the difference in handspeed.

But Kelly did as he's always done, he walked right into the storm and didn't blink, when he got dropped, he got back up and continued to pressure Taylor.

It'll be interesting to see how many "bandwagon jumpers" begin to tout Pavlik as if they had been supporting him all along, when prior to the Taylor and Miranda fights nobody gave the kid any respect.

Pavlik ought to start a fan club for kids called "Kelly's Heros". The catchphrase could be: "Remember kids, take your vitamins and drink your milk". The potential is there. He needs to seize the opportunity.
