I think if he had a crystal ball then he wouldve waited and came back against Pavlik. No one even cares about the RJ fight as nearly everyone thinks Tito will get destroyed. He wouldve still been the underdog against Pavlik but thats still a fight I would pay to see. Its the one guy who Tito could come straight back against and not have to worry about any slick stuff. He would have a guy who would go toe to toe with him and would just go power for power. I wouldve loved to see that one.

I think Pavlik made a good name tonight and has a nice following while I also think Tito can still bring a solid crowd and would bring a ton of people to a Pavlik fight because they saw what he just did to Taylor. That fight wouldve been huge even with a rusty, retired Tito. The media wouldve ate it up and so would the fans just for the simple fact that we all know that Pavlik would stand right in front of Tito and fight toe to toe. Its not like him getting schooled by Winky or fighting RJ who is much bigger with a huge speed advantage

You are exactly right!! What a great match up. The Roy Jones fight just doesn't matter. It really doesn't. Roy will probably get Tito. Tito has a small chance to land something hurtful on Roy.
Tito has a much better chance against Pavlik and 160 pounds seems more logical for Tito. I believe 170 is clearly too much for Trinidad. He will be slow and Roy will still be fast. Roy used to be a 10/10 for speed, now he is about a 8.5/10. This will be more than enough to overwhelm Trinidad. Whereas Pavlik has average speed.
