Did Emmanuel Steward INTENTIONALLY screw Jermaine Taylor???

    Two observations:

    (1) Start of the fight, Jermaine comes out swinging like a madman against a LIGHTS OUT puncher, was that Steward's real fight plan at the beginning?

    (2) Emmanuel Steward keeps telling Taylor and making him very over-confident that Pavlik's is gonna run out of gas despite Pavlik's reputation of not getting tired even in the later rounds. WTF?

Did Emmanuel Steward INTENTIONALLY screw Jermaine Taylor for fighting like a b*tch in the Spinks fight(thus, also making Steward look ******).

I was surprised Steward wasn't yelling at Taylor. Taylor was in with a puncher. I thought Manny would be like "WTF you doing trading with a puncher? Use your JAB!" I did'nt hear it.. It's weird.

BUt sometimes you gotta punch with the puncher to get the best of him.

Great win for Pavlik though. Great fight. Both fighters proved a lot.

Yeah I was wondering why Manny was saying Pavlik was gassing cause Pavlik always gets stronger as the fight goes on.

Yeah, and #1 almost worked! It's hard to know, but it seemed to me that Steward wanted to get Pavlik's respect early in order so that they could establish a boxing match.

I agree, Taylor has nothing to be ashamed about. I think he proved more tonight in his loss than he did in the wins of Ouma and Spinks. Taylor is legit and he will make big waves when he moves up to 168, if he decides to do so.

Why Would U Think Of Something Like That. Like Everyone Says It's Only The Fighter Himself And No One Else When He Gets In The Ring, Also Everyone's Got A Game Plan Until They Get Hit.

It obvious that he did. There's no way that Kelly Pavlik could have possibly beat Taylor without something like this going on you know.

Taylor's jab was less effective than kelly;s and that;s where Kelly set up his huge right hand. Jabbing with Kelly is not the answer. Moving from side to side is, however, Jermain with that terrible balance of his can;t do it. Calzaghe and Kessler can but would it be hard for them? Hell yeah!

This is a ****** thread. No trainer would ever intentionally guide their fighter into getting knocked out.
