I have.....In fact when I first joined and did'nt have a PC at home I used to go to my office at all hours....once like 3 in the morning just to be on here.I have been a regular for quite a while as you can see from my post count and join date......Just not so much lately.

Yeah I been on it alot, dont no about all day but its a replacment from drinking alcohol when I'm training for fights.

It sometimes is like a drug because it is pretty active and you always have something to discuss, I don't know about a full day but I have spent a while here a few times.
