Taylor looks nervous, and at one point he says that he's at 164 lbs and he was thinking about moving up, but "I might be sticking around to get my belts back..."
I wouldn't read into anything Jermain says in public. He's not much for public speaking, more humble and reserved than most in the game. Pavlik is actually the same way, but perhaps more comfortable in front of a camera.
For what it's worth, everyone there (at least on the dais) had a disinterested look, as if none of them wanted to be there, including the promoters.
He looks shy, thats normal. Most people are not good with cameras right on there face. It's different being in the ring, not being shy because the cameras not staring him down.

This is going to be a good fight no matter who wins. Though, that one kid on this website is immature and wants to rub it in my face badly if Pavlik wins. He's a jack ass, I personally have this fight 50/50. And I haven't bad mouth pavlik once since he earned my respect from beating Edison Miranda. I can admit I was a nasty poster before the miranda/pavlik fight. But I haven't said one negative thing about pavlik ever since that fight
