these british announcers are SO much better than the ones here in the states. they obviously pointed out those huge deficiencies in hatton's game, like the unbiased fans have been doing in here for so long.

i just hope he puts up a good effort against mayweather and doesn't get TOTALLY out-classed.

I think Colin Hart is the guy that ALWAYS thought Lewis would lose his next fight. He even picked Michael Grant to KO him. The hate he has for certain fighters is quite comical, especially when he's supposed to be one the UK's premier boxing writers.

I understand how people like to compare a fighter's previous fights to an upcoming fight, it makes for good conversation. However, I just don't understand how people continue to ignore the fact that both Collazo and Urango are Southpaw's. Some fighters can handle both orthodox and southpaw with equal ability while other fighters are good against orthodox fighters, not so good against southpaws. Ricky has never had an easy time with southpaws that possess a shred of talent. Eamonn Magee is the only guy to put Hatton down, guess what, he's a southpaw who's a decent boxer. In addition, it was a hard fought affair for Ricky and Magee is no bum.

It seems that people are willing to use that as an excuse for Jermain Taylor's poor performances in his last 3 fights. Wright and Spinks are a cut above Collazo and Urango, but I would put Ouma in the same category as Ricky's two southpaw opponents. No doubt about it though, Ricky's got his work cut out for him and he will have to give the best performance of his career to have a chance. But he has a chance and Floyd is not a southpaw.
