asked Dunkin about recent statements in the press from both Taylor and his trainer Emanuel Steward that seem to downgrade Pavlik, essentially referring to him as a one-hit wonder based on his win over Miranda. Dunkin seemed to dismiss those statements as an attempt to build bravado in Team Taylor, adding that Steward had tried, prior to joining Taylor, to come on board as Pavlik’s trainer, even going so far as to call him a ‘white Tommy Hearns.’

I think Manny is just trying to show his confidence in Taylor by saying he will win in three. I think he's aware that it's going to be a longer fight than 3 rounds.

This almost goes without saying, Pavlik is perfect for Steward, more ideal that Taylor is. That doesn't mean Pavlik is better, just that he fits the Manny Steward mold better.

nah, he's fighting in early october if i remember correctly. I wish he was..but even if he was, we still wouldnt see it.
