Meldrick Taylor hands down. There are other people that have thrown one time punches that were lightning fast, but everything Meldrick had was just ******edly fast.

Meldrick Taylor just threw random flurries, although it was fast, it had not power behind it and he wasn't really a good technical fighter. I would say Sugar Ray Leonard had the fastest hands and sick combos.
