well you say castillo was over the hill, i think hatton before he beat tszyu would have wiped the floor with sharmba mitchell, and vivian harris but the fights never came off for whatever reason so his resume isnt as good as it prob should be. but its impossible to use this method of comparison as castillo is the only top flight fighter both have fought but 5 years apart. The only other common opponent is tony pepp i think, who went 10 rnds with mayweather, and hatton nearly cut him in half in 4 rounds.

I just think we should forget these threads and talk after dec 8, i think everyone has said there piece on hatton-mayweather its getting boring...so stop putting up CHEEKY threads like this, its almost like ur trying to convince yourself hatton is ****! Lets agree to disagree and talk after the fight.

Remember i do think hatton could do the job if mayweather fights the wrong fight, but my bet is 7-5 mayweather with mayweather taking more damage and having to dig deeper than he ever has before

maybe i am in the minority, but i think hatton did enough to win the fight against collazo, collazo came on too late, just like hopkins taylor 1, once collazo found out hatton couldnt muscle him around, Collazo began to put it on him, but it was too late in my opinion.
