Perfect sarcasm, I love it. And Dweins, your boys opened fire first, this is just payback.
Mayweather is the most Courageous fighter I have ever seen

Its better than flame-baiting e-thuggin idiot-threads.
It discourages disagreement because its so true that it shuts down all arguments against it. I cant think of another basis for your claim that it discourages agreement.Comment

Lol Funny fellas everywhere!!! Floyd may not be a Ko king but he is a boxing king!!! He will beat anyone he comes up against!!! He is perfect in what he does!!! Take the piss all you want it still wont change his record and that speaks for itself!!! But i cant rate him above SRR!!! GOAT label belongs to SRR and always will!!!Comment

....lol.....You're getting there Vlad. It needs to be a bit more subtle, but it is a nice effort at sarcastic rhetoric.Man, what a warrior this guy is, it almost puts tears in my eyes when I watch him because you know that he will always come to fight and he is always willing to go toe to toe. If Floyd has ever been in a boring fight, please let me know. On Dec 8, Floyd will do what he always does and go for the knockout, he is not the type to hit and run and leave the fight in the judges hands. Floyd is right when he says he is the G.O.A.T. Ali and Sugar Ray Robinson are just not on the same level that he is.

By overexaggerating it, it makes it seem like Floyd only fights by outboxing his opponents, which is not the case. He has had some exciting fights, but this thread is set up that if you make the argument that he has had exciting fights, then you are going to get flamed... just like you said this thread wouldn't do.
The reply to my first post in this thread pissed me off more than anything... playing dumb? Cool, that is obviously a great way to get respect for your thoughts and opinions.Comment

Yes, but overexaggerating is like the #1 tool of criticism in the english language. Kinda rough to ban it, dont you think? Anyway, its not even that much of an exaggeration, more of a logical generalization when people have to pick and choose the same 3-4 fights out of 38 fights to "prove" that their "fighter"(and i used that term loosely with mayweather) can fight.By overexaggerating it, it makes it seem like Floyd only fights by outboxing his opponents, which is not the case. BTW this thread does not have a single insult in the OP, so read into it what you will.
I respect you for not being an e-thug or a wannabe technical boxing elitist like all the guys w/ "technical" in their SN's, but as a floyd mayweather fan youre on shaky ground criticizing people for not deserving respect for their thoughts and opinions.Comment

i disagree. he fights like a sissy.
remember when he hurt his shoulder against castillo? he won a close decision and cried about his injury, and gave him a rematch.
vitali against byrd, that's how a real warrior fights thru shoulder injuries.
or how about when floyd was cut against jesus chavez? not the jesus chavez in 2001, not the title fight, i'm talking about the guy he fought of the same name early in his career, in 1997.
mayweather knocked him out shortly after that.
instead, he should have fought on, fell all over chavez after getting hurt, then cried when the fight was stopped and try to pick a fight with chavez afterwards. then whine for a rematch for 4 years.
that's how a real warrior does it.Comment

Well, to be honest, I haven't seen this guy's thoughts and opinions in this thread... unless he is being 100% inconsistent with all his other posts about Mayweather. He posts some bull**** that he is courageous, and when I call him on it, he plays dumb...Yes, but overexaggerating is like the #1 tool of criticism in the english language. Playing dumb is not a good argumentative strategy... because people will usually grant you that status.Comment

There is a reason Floyd came to the ring as a gladiator in his fight with Baldomir and that reason is that Floyd in fact is the the greates gladiator in boxing today. Floyd showed a lot of guts and balls in his fight with Baldomir and lived up to what he said he was going to do by going toe to toe with Baldomir. I have no doubt that Floyd will fight like a gladiator and go toe to toe with Hatton.
