Folkes Taylor was beat back when he fought hopkins twice!!! he's mentally beat, hopkins might have lost but Taylor hasn't looked good since then! He hasn't knocked someone out since then either!!! mind you i suppose two blown up middle weight bouts with ouma and spinks who have only speed and accumulative power. Taylor couldn't put then away???

Ok we know the talk that pav hasn't fought anyone, but Meranada was a beast with power!!! he would have crush at least two of Taylors last 5 opponents. Pav beat.... no .... broke him and then Knocked the mother****er out! Taylor has been hurt by guys with less punching power ( hopkins winky ouma)

Right now the only thing Manny is Hoping is and he's one smart Mofo! is 168 pound limit 8 pounds is allot..... like imagine your 8 pounds heaver the next morning??? it is allot of weight. Manny plan is to have taylor come out full speed with that ramrod jab he used to have, blitz Pavlik offensively in hopes Taylor will roll those dice and KO pav early....cause it aint happening late.

I dunno folks, I have it for Pav by KO but the more i think about those 8 pounds........... It could change allot. If they where fighting at 160 Taylor always looked weak.... i have never seen taylor at 168? My heart is with Pav i'll leave it at that.

I see Pavlik knocking Taylor down but not knocking him out. Taylor will stand up and fight again however Pavlik would be too much for him to handle. Pavlik will win by unanimous decision.

I was reading and article on espn (or was it here) that they are fighting at 168 as opposed to 160 for the 160 titles.

I think Pavlik will wear him down and maybe score a late TKO. I was re-watching the Hopkins-Taylor 1 fight on youtube and I'm even more confident that Pavlik will win. I can't remember which round but Hopkins only threw 17 punches in a round and not much more in the rest of the rounds compared to Pavlik who averages about 90+ punches a round.And we all know how JT tired out down the stretch in the Hopkins bout. Even against Ouma who he was dominating he seemed worn out by the mid rounds. But Pavlik hasn't gone past 9 so that might be the equalizer.

im not gonna pavlik has a good chance of doing that. it depends how good taylor chin is. i dont think hes ever been hit by somone as powerful as pavlik. i think taylor will still pull it off as long as he listens to manny. the moment he stops doing that its lights out for him.
