Mayweather Hatton: Toe to Toe Battle?

Mayweather has made it clear. It'll be a toe to toe battle. We know we've heard this before, but (Oscar was the much Bigger fighter and puncher). Understand this my fellow boxing "CRITICS". For the style of fight Hatton brings, mayweather will stay in the pocket and punish him. Hatton fans will be banking on his relentless pressure. One thing for sure Hatton is no De La Hoya (He lacks the offensive tools to keep floyd on the defensive) and they are pretty even, as far as weight (Hatton usually comes in at 147, and Mayweather 148).

The fact of the matter is that Mayweather had Oscar beaten physically and broken mentally by the 8th round and STILL did not-forget toe to toe-THROW A COMBINATION FOR THE REST OF THE FIGHT!!!!!!

while one would think he would go toe to toe as he has an absolute advantage physically over hatton, the above fact puts a lot of doubt on that.

floyd aint fighting toe to toe with anyone, he always says he is but never does or have.

he wouldn't even go toe to toe with bladomir, sosa,c. hernandez,G. vargas, judah, and castillo.

what makes anyone think that floyd is going to go toe to toe with anyone he says he's going toe to toe with???

at least castillo made floyd fight or fend castillo off him. but the point i'm making is that when floyd has had his opponents beat and out gunned he never went toe to toe with them and never turned up the gas to try and get them out of the ring, he carries fights unless the guy he's fighting is damaged, exhausted, or hurt...............other then that floyd carries fights and never goes toe to toe or goes to close anyone out.......................

what makes anyone believe that mayweather is going to go toe to toe? he's said it every time when he is touring in his fights press conferences but other than that, he doesn't live up to his hype or his words other than winning.

floyd can stink up the joint with boring fights like he's done in the past, especially when he hypes himself and the fight like it's going to be a war. floyd is a used car salesman when it comes to his fight promotion and his fight hype, nothing more, he says one thing, gives you another. and after paying for some tickets and ppv's of his fights all i have is this to say, " he's ****ting in my mouth and calling it a sunday!......................" because there is no such thing as floyd going toe to toe, don't believe that for a second......

I say maybe because he appears to have grown into 147 and shook Oscar a few times at 154,and Floyd has been the smaller man in terms of reach in his last few fights so its possible he stops Hatton. Not with one shot but with accumulation its possible. I would also like to note Hatton is a bleeder, and can easily be cut.
