I never saw ANYTHING dangerous about Wright. He is a good technician, with a superb defense. Thats all. He doesnt have power, nor a big/devestating punch of any sort.

Winky is more of an accumulative BOXER, his opponent usually shows damage over the course of the fight. Pavlik is an aggressive FIGHTER, more of the brawler type, he'll take one to deliver bombs. I'll say he takes more risks, often engaging in exchanges, while Winky will pop shot you to death.

It's easy to dismiss Wright as less dangerous than Pavlik because of the disparity in power, but what people aren't talking enough about is where Winky is not nearly the puncher Pavlik is, Pavlik is nowhere near the boxer/defender/technician that Winky is.

My reasoning for a Taylor win in this fight is because he won't have to think at all in there. If he stands and trades like he should, I think he gets the better of it and I think he can hurt and possibly stop Pavlik. But, yes, based on his reputation, I think all Taylor has to do is survive while not getting dropped and he will get the decision, you all know how that goes.

But I think this fight brings out the best in Taylor and he finally gets a decisive win in a big fight.

covering up...the thing is, he will also be wide open, but i dunno
after i saw pavlik dismantle the powerful miranda...im getting a little
scared for jermain, its a toss up tho...

Isn't the fact that he's such a good technician and has the ability to outpoint the best fighters kind of dangerous? lol

Because I mean he's always been regarded as the guy nobody was actively calling out. He made his career off being a high risk southpaw opponent for star fighters. If you're equating explosive punching power to danger then yeah I'd see that logic.......but people are in danger of losing to Wright always.
