She's being advised to say these things by her lawyer. It's the classic language of "legalese".

The actual statement kinda makes her sound "not in the know" and therefore innocent from making defamatory statements for either side of the party. She's not denying they are fake nor claiming it's real, this way she can not be accused of perjury in a later court date.

Jesus, those pictures are fake. Look online for anything, and you can find a picture of anyone in some "scandolous" shot. PHOTOSHOP! Prime example. If you look at the cover of a rap magazine I purchased once, it at The Game and Snoop Dogg on it, but they never met up for the shoot of that cover.
