    She didn't say they're fake.

      Interesting development.

Good news for the De La Hoya's.

She denies she can verify authenticity, excuse me since we are being overly technical. My apology.

There is something still so clandestine about this, Addison. Something fishy.

She's being a bit wishy washy and stand-offish now. It was fun while it lasted, but the pics are most likely fake. Good post, Beauty..

She's being advised to say these things by her lawyer. It's the classic language of "legalese".

The actual statement kinda makes her sound "not in the know" and therefore innocent from making defamatory statements for either side of the party. She's not denying they are fake nor claiming it's real, this way she can not be accused of perjury in a later court date.

I understood. I think she knows they are real, but there's pressure she never imagined now. I don't get from her interview she believes what she is saying, hence the reason why I understand what you are saying about her having to say what's necessary to prevent any further legal hassle.

I just get the feeling something so very deceitful is going on.

Probably so. The photos may have some shred of reality of them but now she'll be summarily gag ordered or risk facing a big time suit she can neither afford or risk. In fact I bet Oscar won't even have to pay her shut-up money.
