Totally agree, IF he holds it together mentally he has all the tools to put Peter away

This is total ****in b.s., I mean what has Golota done to deserve an interim title shot? Furthermore, the article states that 3rd ranked Oliver Mccall is willing to step in to face Peter. Why not Mccall? He's a legitimate contender whose 'put his dues in' the last couple of years and IMO would be a harder fight than Maskaev...

And what about John Ruiz? He's a much more durable opponent than Golota and might make a very interesting fight out of this...

Last thing we hw fans want to see is another Golota meltdown or blowout....

This is beyond pathetic... the two fighters who are considered are AGAIN KING'S fighters...

              Golota / McCline!

How many title fights have they already gotten, while others have been patiently waiting their turn.

This only proves the f'ed up connection King has with WBC!
How can they even sanction this fight with an unrated fighter....

Id rather see McCall.. that would be a great match.. two iron-chinned heavy hitters... and I think McCall has the skill to out punch Peter.

Does Golota suck Don King off on a regular basis?

Hopefully the WBC will do the right thing and refuse it.

This isn't for the title I hope?

Soprano I agree, this is surely the work of King; however, the article stated that the WBC has yet to sanction this bout so there’s a chance that this matchup will not happen. What I find disturbing is that, according to the article, 3rd ranked Oliver Mccall has stated that he would be willing to fight for the interim title. This scenario makes the most sense b/c Mccall has already earned a shot and probably would be the hardest fight for Peter…

Here’s another thing: if this fight does materialize (Golota-Peter), then the blame can’t all rest with King. Duva and Peter’s promoter can be equally to blame b/c they probably see Mccall as being too risky and Golota a sure bet…

                      You really think so?

Sam's a wrecking ball, he's going to be hard to stop; I don't see many people beating him.
