    What Heavy-Bag Weight Do The Pros Use To Train?

    Do any of you know the exact weight of the bags they use?
    Do you know of any specific boxer and the weight of the bag he hit?

    Just been wondering

    It various,all different sizes. You must be new to boxing all the way around.

        haha,didnt mean nothing by it.It was just an akward question. I know Tyson hit a 150lb bag,Ive hit the same one he's hit at Catskills when I was up there.

          Would you say there's a major difference in weight from 100 to 150 Ibs Bags in your use?

                ^^ Just so you know, the last fight in your sig is wrong for the weightclass, Mayweather-Hatton is a Welterweight fight, not Middleweight.
