I don't think there would've been much of a difference but it probably would've made up for a much one-sided fight. I remember Jones pot-shotting him with combos usually from afar and then Ruiz would come in either to have Jones turn him or to get broken up by Nady.

Nady's career is one big farce. Boxing is definitely better-off without him.

I think you need to listen to his prefight instructions as well. And Taylor did his fair share of clinching in both fights, especially the first because he has no inside game. As soon as Hops would get close he'd grab him allowing Hopkins to try to punch in the clinch. That's why Nady would let Hopkins punch on the inside because he didn't intiate the clinch.
