Hernandez v Mayweather : KD question

Just skimming through Floyd's career, and I see that he was knocked down in this fight. I actually didn't know he'd taken a KD in his career. Could anybody whose seen this fight explain how it happened? Was it a slip, trip, or genuine kd?

From what I remember the ref called it a slip when it should have been a KD. Floyd wasnt hurt though, I know that much, and it was early in the fight.

lol you guys are killing me. Floyd broke his hand, and went down on his own account because of the excruitiating pain. He got back up, and finished the fight. A punch didnt even come clsoe to even landing.

I've never seen the fight, which is why I asked, and have no opinion on the manner of KD.

Mayweather touched the canvas with his left glove after he hurt his right hand, Hernandez didnt even hit him.

If you want a legit knockdown by the rules of boxing, it's the one that was not called against judah when floyd's right glove touched the canvas after he was hit.

That wasn't a KD.

It was against Famoso...not Genaro.

PBF hurt his hand.

He landed a punch, hurt his hand turned and went down and touched the canvas with his glove. He wasn't hurt by a punch or anything.
