I thought the same thing at first, but its also possible the photos were altered. He could have been in his underwear or boxers, and the fishnet was photo shopped on.

Thats what I'm starting to believe. She could have altered the pics to make the story more juicy. Him committing adultery would be a flash in the pan. It would be a big story for a couple of weeks, maybe a month. But those pics damage his image forever.
