It's not about what CAN be done. Anything can be done in photoshop, the point is the facial expressions which match whatever pose he's in or whatever he's doing...his face looks like he's completely wasted, bloodshot eyes and all...

You won't find any pics of Oscar's face looking that way anywhere else...his nuts are squeezing out of the side of those little shorts in one of the ****ing pictures, dude.
