Yeah. You're right. But (yep, I'm dragging this out:P) if there is one defined and sure race of humanity, and within there are groups, then each definition below the Main 'Humanity' must be a sub, and so wouldn't it be impossible to determine an alpha culture, or a controller.

I mentioned the UK destroying Ireland as an example that this may be the only way of viewing Ireland below par of the Uk. And so one may refer to it as a sub-culture. But with or without the acts of aggression, we are all sub of the definition Humanity. Hmm
