Hearsay: Somebody told me that hatton can't fight.
Fact: Mayweather Promotions is co-promoting a huge, profitable fight
Hearsay: Somebody said that mayweatehr promotions is losing money.

Ok, then you just don't know the facts. You did not read the press release, nor did you see the press conference. So I will give you the facts.
This fight is being co-promoted by GBP and Mayweather Promotions. It was on the press release, the Mayweather promotions logo is on the banner, and Richard Schaefer specifically spoke about how "happy" he was to welcome Floyd to the world of promotion. He further stated that he would do anything he could to help MP be successful.
Who is going to do the lion's share of the work? GBP, I'm certain. they have the infrastructure and the experience. But how do you get experience unless you actually promote a fight? So now that MP has popped their promotional cherry, we can judge their efficacy based on their future events.
