    David Estrada vs Andre Berto

This fight will be on the undercard of Taylor-Pavlik.

How do you guys see this fight going? Estrada is no push over and comes to fight. Almodst all of Berto's previous opponents have been push overs. Bertos only test was against Rivera and Berto didnt look so good in that fight, hell he was even dropped by an uppercut, and hurt. I also remember him getting extra time when the roudn ended or something to recover. When Rivera dropped Joel Julio, it was off balance, when he dropped Berto, Berto was hurt. What im getting at is, im not really impressed by Berto yet but i give him credit for stepping up. Kermit Cintron's biggest win is probably against Estrada and Estrada gave him a hell of a fight.

If Berto wins that will be impressve but I think Estrada is going to win. Estrada will win and the Berto hype can go to rest.

Carlos Quintana is also on the undercard lookng to fight the winner of that fight should he win himself, which he will. Quintana will beat both of them if you ask me.

    its a great card overall.

ronald hearns, chazz witherspoon, omar sheika, AND terry smith are all on the card.

    so its gonna be sweet.

Normally id say Berto-Estrada would steal the show, but no fight would steal the show from Pavlik-Taylor

Im guessing your pulling for Pavlik? I think Taylor is going to put on the best performance of his career. Pavlik just appears so hittable I think Taylor will even KO him. Pavlik is a big strong man tho with a very solid chin. Im interested to see hoe Taylor deals with the power and pressure of him. This is a very interesting fight.

        Interesting fights on the 29th.

Im thinking that Estrada will probaly end the hype, but Berto is young you know, and Cintron rattle his brain. If Berto gets to that head early it's gonna be night night.

I would put money on Berto, but i'll be rooting for Estrada to end the fight by KO in the 10th.

I think Pavlik is going to amaze a lot of people with his defensive skills.

He changed his training up a bit he says, so that he can be more elusive like he was earlier in his career.

In the amatuers he was very elusive and thats how he got the nickname of GHOST. And hes trying to get a bit of that movement back for taylor.

Most of his defensive capabilities came together for the Miranda fight, but he had lapses and was far from elusive. I think everything will come together for him in this fight

Berto should win this by KO.

Pavlik is actually a very good defensive fighter. Most ppl who say he isnt are judging him on his last fight, which he threw defense out the window and became more flat footed. His plan was to back Miranda up and outslug him which he did. If anyone has seen him fight before Miranda, they know how good he is defensively. He's very good at making boxers miss and he's an underated counter puncher.

But back to Berto, i didnt think his last fight was disapointing. He dominated Rivera. He shouldnt of got the extra time, but for 97 percent of the fight he was very impressive. He got countered, and now he learned from it. I think it will make him a better fighter.

I think his fight with Estrada WILL steal the show, with Pavlik and Taylor still putting on one hell of a fight.
