Yes, he's fought better fighters (Judah, DLH, Prime Castillo and Corrales, etc.) who hit harder than Hatton..

Are you kidding me? He took flush uppercuts from a prime Castillo and a big right AND a big left from a junior middle Oscar De la Hoya.

Where was Hatton's strength the last time he fought at welter? Or was Luis Collazo such an immoveable object?

Nobody knows if PBF will have the same feelings as you do about Hatton's punching power. A person can be caught at the right time by a fighter who is not known for punching power and also be hit by a fighter known for his power but just because of the punch placement by the lesser known power puncher said fighter might say that the light puncher punchers harder than said power puncher. Its all a matter of opinion of the fighters and Hatton may not be able to hurt PBF and vice versa. People's bodies react differently so the same shot that put Castillo down may not do **** to PBF.

Based off Hattons body of work you can say that he will be trying that for 12 full rounds. But you have to take into account that Hatton will have to move around the ring more than he ever has and he is going to get hit to the body and face more than he ever has. All that said when Hatton got hit constantly he got tired (unrango fight) when PBF got hit he never got tired (Castillo I).
