Mayweather WILL NEVER GO TOE-TO-TOE if he feels threatened.

If he feels he is in full control of the fight and can slip and duck those punches thrown at him.. yes, he will stand there and fight...

But as long as he is challenged.. off he goes running again.

Mayweather is just not a fighter to take risks, period. Can you blame him?? That's a matter of personal preference. Some fighters go out there to entertain (ala Gatti) others make sure they secure that "W"

there are times when he did go toe to toe with oscar...but floyd is a fighter that picks his shots..so yea, he will go toe to toe vs. Hatton. The question is when during the fight will he choose to...
