I dunno what ya'll think but I see Oscar vs Margarito happening in 08
This is boxing. Every single promoter is biased for their own fighters. Nothin' new.

Its obvious why he wants Hatton to win. He wants to fight Hatton, and if Mayweather wins he is left with few options.

He is promoting THE FIGHT, not Hatton. It is unprofessional of him to say that he hopes one fighter wins. That is not right.

And it is very unlike Oscar.

When a close decision goes one way or the other, people use **** like this to support their conspiracy theories. THIS is why people don't trust Oscar in buying Ring magazone. He is not objective.

I think Oscar just doesn't care very much for Floyd. It could be that simple.

On another note, is just me or did Floyd refer to the MGM Grand as the "MGM Gram" at the press conference?

I think Floyd looked nervous at that press conference. ??

Oscar sold 975K with Mayorga. He can sell with anyone.

I never said he was promoting Hatton. I'm saying if Hatton wins, he has more money generated in a fight (potentially) with he and Hatton. As far as objectivity, he's ACTUALLY only promoting the fight due to a clause in his contract with Mayweather. If anything he's tied into Mayweather, so his biased comment is sort of counter-balanced.

NO WAY. Margarito doesn't deserve at shot at DLH. I'd rather he fight Forrest than Margarito.

It's not like Oscar is the most influential man in boxing. And has a vested interest in the fight.
