Remember Foremans dream? What about Sugar Rays?

I was watching a biographical feature about sugar ray, (this has changed my mind about the man drastically.)

Everyone remembers foreman's dream that he would knock out Michael Moorer in the later rounds right? Well everyone called him bluff and said the whole thing was Bull**** and that he just made it up for extra attention and blah blah blah blah....

Now, The night before sugar ray was to fight Jimmy Doyle back in 1947...Ray robinson proclaimed he had a dream of killing this man in the ring...Ray was reluctant to step through the ropes and needed all kinds of mentors and spiritual people to assure him that nothing was going to happen....Ray calmed and stepped through the ropes, dominating doyle in every aspect and in the 9th round sent doyle down to the canvas and flat out....Later on Doyle has passed away...Noone criticized Ray for this.

However ray dreamed of it and it happened and people denied it before the fight.....

What is everyones opinion on this? George dreamed he would take out moorer in the late rounds and did it, Ray robinson dreamed he would kill the man in the ring and he did it.....Does this change your mindset on it or what?

    Opinions and comments.

there could have been a lot of factors in the lead up to the fight that could of caused sugar ray to dream this. It could be a fluke but i dont rule aything out anymore!!

i had a dream as a kid that i was in wood land area next to a house. this wasnt strange because i used to play there. We also had Air pistol and Rifles which again wasnt strange because thats were we went shooting but in my dream my friend shot a lady from the house after she told us to clear off. i had never seen the owners of the house before and i wouldnt expect my mate to shot them but a couple of days later a lady came out of the house shouting at us and my mate shot her.

It was like i was seeing my dream happen!! It was ****ed up!!!

I have literally had the first edition of The Dream Book since 1984 and have loved it since opening it. I have consulted it hundreds of times over the years

i listen to a guy on the radio alot that is an expert on dreams. he represents this website and its material. preminisions(seeing the future) are supposedly our minds way of showing us that there are other dimensions in the world, and sometimes we get a glimpse through them. ive had a few like that before. good info about dreams and what they can mean in that website.

I've had a lot of dreams like that, Where I would dream of something and something very similar would occur in reality.

I dont put it passed that george had dreamed of his ko over moorer, I cant recall and I wish someone could feel me in if he had said this prior to the fight or immediately after?

The thing that stuns me about the sugar ray situation is that he wouldnt come out to the ring, he was scared and worried and proclaimed it BEFORE the fight....The fact that he did kill him was amazing in the sense relating to the dream.

For some reason I recall Foreman mentioning it soon after the bout ended. I'm not sure if it was directly in the after fight interview but it may have been...anyone else know anything?

Maybe he believed in that sort of thing anyway, my situation was a shock because i had almost forgot about my dream until he shot the lady.

I dont know what to think about the sugar ray situation, most people wouldnt think too much about it but for it to make him really scared is weird in itself.

Thats what I remember, I dont recall him blurting it out before the fight...Which would leave some skepticism but I dont doubt it one bit.....It is just a persons subconscious.....
