Former WBA super flyweight champion, Martin “Gallito” Castillo says he's unimpressed by two division champion Jorge “Travieso” Arce after his sixth round stoppage of Tomas Rojas at The Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas. “I don’t think Travieso looked that great. Rojas was easily outboxing him,” said Castillo who’s notched two wins since losing his title to Nobuo Nashiro. Rumors have been swirling about a clash between the two Top Rank promoted fighters for months. “I think the timing for a fight between Travieso and I is perfect,” Castillo asserted. “Anytime his people want to make the fight, call my manager Frank (Espinoza) and let’s set a date.” Arce stopped Rojas with a left hook to the body at 1:00 of the sixth round after being shut out on two of the three judges' cards.-*********.com

I didn't think Castillo looked that great in his last fight either against Andrade. -
I thought Arce looked good last night. Castillo deffinately didnt look so good against Andrade. Rojas is a much tougher fighter than Andrade as well. That doesnt mean much tho to do with a fight between these two.
Given their two styles this fight would be a war. I really hope it happens. It needs to happen!! It could turn into a great fight as long as Castillo doesnt get a bad cut.
I heard it might end up on the Cotto-Mosley undercard.Comment
