I'm having trouble making up my mind about The Sandman, is he any good or is he a bit of a bum with no chin?

Scott Pemberton? He is good just because of his size. He is like a damn cruiserweight who skips a few meals to make 168. He is VERY tough.

I saw him fight recently, I can't remember who against but he looked good in parts, very slick, but everytime he got hit I thought he was about to keal over, his legs went and he was wobbling all over the place.
