Has to be Welter in my opinion. Although the second Mosley fight and I believe the Vargas fight were both at JMW, I still think Welterweight was his showcase division.

Accomplishement wise its welter IMO...(beating Trinidad-Whitaker-Quartey) though junior middles is close(shane mosley 2-Vargas)

but i think at 140 he looked like a killer....

He looked like he would tear through 140 when he got there but he is more accomplished at welter.

I voted 140, simply because of they way he looked against Chavez the first time round.

Oscar weighed 130 for about three total minutes of his life; good correction.

His lightweight record is unreal, but he fought the real competition at welterweight, with one-seided victories over great fighters like Whitaker, Chavez, Camacho, Rivera, Carr and the like, as well as close fights with Quartey, Tito, and Shane.

His lightweight comp, Hernandez, Ruelas, Molina, is nowhere near that class
