I thought it was made by a guy named King Tito. I forgot about Floyd, if he doesn't put on an exciting fight (I can appreciate it but I mean exciting to the casual audience) than I think his PPV buys will go higher and higher.

Jorge Linares... Maybe.. Soto, on a smaller scale, if he beats Pacman and/or Guzman impressively.... Pavlik if he does what he needs to on ABC and against Taylor.

hopefully nobody. Boxing should be good enough to the point where enough people demand it be seen on regular TV.

guys like Pavlik and some others coming are to this end.

going back to 15 round fights would help this. It would root out the guys who's passion and heart are not completely in the game and fight only for mo ney. The Championship rounds.

Due to there crowd pleasing styles I would say Cotto and Juan Diaz. I would throw Pavlik in there if he beats Taylor. It would be huge for Cotto if he were to beat Mosley, and if Diaz can get a unification bout an beat Cassamayor which I think he will when given the oppurtunity.

I think Mayweather could easily be a PPV king, since the fight with Oscar, his fight with Hatton, if he fights the winner of Cotto-Mosley, he could easily do SICK PPV numbers.

Also perhaps Taylor (should he beat Pavlik and continually improve).
Mayweather could have been a PPV king had he made the DLH fight more exciting. With record breaking PPV buys, he had a chance to attract A LOT of customers. But the fight didn't live up to the hype and I think the remach wouldn't have made close to what the first one did.

Can you imagine if the DLH fight was similar to marquez/vazquez or pavlik/miranda? whoever oscars victorious opponent was that night would have became the next PPV star.

David "Hayemaker" Haye if he comes to the U.S. and successfully fills out his frame as a heavyweight.

he's exciting as hell, he's got speed and insane pop in those punches. he's got the looks to bring in the ladies like oscar did. he seems like the type that could end up in some hollywood love triangle that gets on all the gossip shows and magazines.
