Looks more like he did an injury like that by hitting something solid(not a bag) without gloves on. Ive had that same injury and it was because I was in a street fight and hit the guy on top of the head.

yea that happened to me too once though it did not look that bad, jus very very swollen and painful...

Wow it looks like my buddies leg which had a quad fall on to it in the cement and it swelled up exactly like that. He had to miss over a week of work and even when he went back he had to go with crutches and his leg was still swollen to about twice the size.
